• Power AI plant identification and health diagnostic features.

Messages exchanged between users are stored on Oakgrrown's servers. We may review message content:

• In response to user reports of harassment, threats, or abuse.
• To investigate suspected violations of our Terms of Use.
• To ensure platform safety and prevent illegal activity.
• When legally compelled to do so.

We do not routinely read messages for marketing, analytics, or surveillance purposes. Messages flagged for safety review are handled by our moderation team with appropriate confidentiality measures.

When you upload plant photos for AI identification:

• Images are processed by Oakgrrown's AI service to generate diagnostics.
• Images are stored securely on our servers with your account.
• You can delete images at any time from your plant health history.
• Images are not shared publicly unless you explicitly share a diagnostic result.
• AI processing results are used only to improve the accuracy of future diagnostics.

Oakgrrown is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data and terminate the account. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information should contact us immediately at hello@oakgrrown.com.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data (with limited exceptions).
