Oakgrrown is a mobile-first community platform connecting neighbors to grow, share, trade, and learn about food and gardening. We facilitate peer-to-peer exchanges of homegrown produce, plants, seeds, and related goods — not as a commercial retailer, but as a trusted community infrastructure.

By using Oakgrrown, you agree to:

• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing the sale, trade, or distribution of food and agricultural products in your area.
• Provide accurate information in your profile, listings, and communications.
• Treat all users with respect and maintain a harassment-free environment.
• Use the platform only for the exchange of homegrown produce, plants, seeds, seedlings, cuttings, eggs, and small-batch homemade garden goods.
• Not coordinate illegal activity, promote unsafe items, or misrepresent products.

Oakgrrown reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in harassment, or use the platform contrary to our community values.

You are solely responsible for all content you post, including listing descriptions, photos, and prices. Oakgrrown does not inspect, verify, or guarantee:

• The food safety, nutritional content, or legal status of any listing.
• The accuracy, quality, or condition of items described in listings.
• The identity, background, or reliability of other users.
• That items comply with local health codes or regulations.

All exchanges occur between peers at their own discretion. Oakgrrown is a platform facilitator, not a party to any transaction. You assume all responsibility for the legality and safety of your listings and purchases.

Oakgrrown includes AI-powered plant identification, health assessment, and care guidance features. These tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only:

• AI diagnoses and recommendations are not professional agricultural or veterinary advice.
• Results may not be 100% accurate and should be verified with local experts if critical.
• Oakgrrown is not liable for plant damage, loss, or harm resulting from following AI suggestions.
• Always consult qualified horticulturalists or agricultural extension services for critical plant health issues.

The Oakgrrown messaging system is provided to help neighbors coordinate produce exchanges, clarify listings, and build trust. All messages must remain respectful and on-topic.

• Oakgrrown is not responsible for message content between users.
• Harassment, threats, profanity, or inappropriate conduct via messaging is grounds for account termination.
• Messages may be reviewed in response to user reports, safety concerns, or suspected violations.
• Do not share payment information or personal credentials via messaging — use official platform features only.

Oakgrrown collects your neighborhood, city, and ZIP code to connect you with nearby growers. By using the platform, you consent to:

• Your approximate location being displayed to other users for discovery purposes.
• Your location data being stored securely on our servers.
• You may manage location visibility in your profile settings.

You may not use Oakgrrown to:

• List labor, services, or non-produce items.
• Conduct commercial wholesale or retail operations.
• Coordinate illegal activities or unlicensed food distribution.
• Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
• Spam, mislead, or scam other community members.
• Share dangerous, contaminated, or recalled products.
• Misrepresent the origin, age, or condition of products.

Oakgrrown reserves the right to remove content, restrict accounts, or permanently ban users for violations of these terms. Moderation decisions are made at Oakgrrown's sole discretion and are final.

If your account is terminated, you may request an explanation by emailing hello@oakgrrown.com.

Oakgrrown is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Oakgrrown is not liable for food poisoning, allergic reactions, or health issues from products purchased via the platform.
• Oakgrrown is not liable for disputes, fraud, or misrepresentation by other users.
• Oakgrrown is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches.
• Oakgrrown is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on AI recommendations.

By using Oakgrrown, you assume all risk associated with peer-to-peer food and product exchanges.

Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with:

• Local health department regulations for food sales or exchanges.
• State agricultural laws governing produce distribution.
• Federal regulations for certain crops, seeds, or agricultural products.
• Tax obligations related to any income from Oakgrrown listings.

Oakgrrown does not provide legal or regulatory guidance. Consult your local health department, agricultural extension service, or attorney for compliance questions.

All content you upload to Oakgrrown (photos, descriptions, etc.) remains your property, but you grant Oakgrrown a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce such content for platform operations and marketing.
